Rejuvenating herbal mixture

The tea is composed of herbs with effective anti-aging properties. Milkvetch is a potent antioxidant: it removes excessive free radicals from the body, thus slowing down the aging process. The mixture also contains herbs rich in selenium, which plays an important role in detoxification. Selenium stimulates the immune system and positively affects the condition of skin, hair, and nails. It also helps in the treatment of allergic diseases. Consumed regularly, an infusion prepared from this herbal mixture strengthens the circulatory system and regulates cholesterol levels, as well as blood coagulability. Additionally, it boosts energy and improves mental performance.

Ingredients:

• milkvetch (Astragalus dasyanthus),
• field horsetail (Equisetum arvense L.),
• common knotgrass (Polygonum aviculare L.),
• common dandelion (Taraxacum officinale),
• sticklewort (Agrimonia eupatoria),
• thyme (Thymus serpyllum).

Preparation (brewing): Pour 500 ml of boiling water over two tablespoons of the mixture, cover and brew for 30 minutes. Drink 50-70 ml of the infusion every three hours, 5-6 times a day.
